We practise Aikido Iwama Ryu and we are a part of organization Iwama Shinshin Aiki Shurekai led by Hitohiro Saito Soke. Our regular training includes weapon practice (bukiwaza) and empty handed techniques (taijutsu). The empty handed techniques include throws, joint locks and controls.
